1. Introduction

Welcome to Consys ERP, cloud based open source erp services and implementation provided by Elconsys Technologies Private Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Elconsys Technologies (P) Limited.

"Services" refers to the ERP implementation, customization, support, automated workflows, and agentic chatbot services provided by the Company in the name and style "Consys ERP"

"User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services.

"Website" refers to the Elconsys Technologies Private Limited website, accessible at www.consystechnologies.com.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  • Odoo and ERPNext implementation
  • Custom development and customization
  • Technical support and maintenance
  • Automated workflow development
  • Agentic chatbot development
  • Training and consultation

Fees and Payment

1. Service Fees

The fees for our services are either listed on our website or provided to you upon request. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any fee changes constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including the applicable fees, payment schedule, and method of payment, will be specified in the service agreement or invoice provided to you. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are due within ten (10) days from the invoice date.
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in late fees, suspension, or termination of services.
  • Any late payments will be subject to a late fee of [X% per month] or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

3. No Refunds Policy

All payments made toward our services are non-refundable, including but not limited to fees for partially used services, cancellations, or unused portions of a subscription period. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refunds, chargebacks, or credits unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by governmental authorities related to your use of our services. If we are required to collect such taxes, they will be added to your invoice unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error in the invoice, you must notify us in writing within [X] days of receiving the invoice. Failure to dispute an invoice within this period constitutes your acceptance of the charges.

6. Payment Methods

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Indemnification

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
