3.2 Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered if:
- Critical technical issues prevent service delivery that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Incompatibility issues that render our services unusable, despite meeting stated system requirements
3.3 Ineligible Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or business requirements after service commencement
- Client-side technical issues or lack of system compatibility not disclosed during consultation
- Delays caused by client's unavailability or failure to provide required information/access
- Services already delivered, even if partially utilized
- Custom development work that has been completed according to specifications
- Training sessions that have been conducted
- Consultation services that have been provided
